Return and Refund Policy

You are entitled to a refund on your product within 30 days of the delivery of the order for change of mind. Should you choose to be refunded for your item for a change of mind, a 5% administration and restocking fee will be charged and you will be required to pay the shipping fee to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a refund on our planners under our 30 day happiness guarantee, your item must be unused, undamaged and wrapped in the original packaging. Given the nature of our items, they can't be returned without the original packaging as they will be damaged in transit.

If, within 30 days of receipt of the item, you choose to return an item that has been used, we will assess the planner upon its return and determine an appropriate refund amount, as we will be unable to re-sell this at full RRP. The 5% administration and restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.

You can create a return by logging into your customer account on our website and initiating the return process for your order. If you wish to change for another item, you’re welcome to purchase the correct item directly through the website.

A refund does not apply if we shipped the order as soon as possible but you did not receive your order by the date expected. This is due to the postal and courier services being outside of our control. We will however assist you to track your order and replace it if it is deemed lost by the courier or Australia Post. 

If you request a refund for a payment where a product hasn't been shipped, you will receive the refund minus the 6% fee which we are charged on your refund amount. 

If you do wish to return the product for a major fault, under Australian Consumer Law, shipping costs are payable by us.

Shipping

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) usually within 1-2 business days

  • Orders are sent via Australia Post (a tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been sent) Please check spam for your email. 

  • All orders are sent from Rosebud, Victoria, Australia

  • Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received

  • We are pleased to offer international shipping - please contact us for a quote.

  • Any pre-ordered items in your order will be shipped together with the rest of your items once everything is available.

In the following situations, you will be responsible for paying re-shipment fees:

  • Denied acceptance of delivery by receiver;

  • Inaccurate delivery address;

  • Absent receiver -  If a receiver is not home and a calling card/SMS message is left by the Delivery Service Provider, it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact the Delivery Service Provider to arrange appropriate delivery. If the parcel remains undeliverable due to no contact from the receiver, it will be returned to Daily Orders. The receiver will be responsible for re-shipment fees.

My parcel is missing after being marked as delivered. What happens?

If your order is not at the delivery address after being marked as delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post to lodge a missing parcel report. If you selected Authority to Leave at checkout, and Australia Post cannot locate it, you will need to lodge a police report for stolen goods. We cannot cover the loss of goods stolen from your property if you gave authority to leave.

What does shipping protection cover?

Shipping protection covers damage to goods in transit. If your items are damaged in transit, we will replace them. You must notify us of the damage within 48 hours and present the packaging and products to an Australia Post outlet for a damage assessment.

Who do you ship with?

We use Australia Post for all of our shipping needs. If the order is of high value, we may consider using a courier such as TNT or Startrack.

Where do you ship to and how?

Our shipping services extend throughout Australia, with complimentary shipping for orders over $25. International shipping is calculated at checkout. If an error comes up, stating we can't ship to that address, please contact us at info@dailyorders.com.au

How long will it take to arrive?

Expect delivery within 7-14 days, although remote areas may experience slightly longer transit times. For holiday seasons, please refer to our website for updated delivery estimates.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We stand by the quality of our products. If you're unsatisfied, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. There will be a 5% restocking fee applied prior to you refund being processed. Please login to your customer account to commence a return. Please note that shipping costs for faulty products are covered by us. For damaged items, notify us within 2 days of delivery to expedite resolution. However, refunds or replacements are not applicable for misuse of the product. Can I exchange my products?

You are welcome to return your product via our returns process and then place a replacement order. We do not facilitate exchanges.
