TERMS AND CONDITIONS

You are entitled to a refund on your product within 30 days of the delivery of the order for change of mind. Should you choose to be refunded for your item for a change of mind, a 5% administration and restocking fee will be charged and you will be required to pay the shipping fee to return the goods to us.

To be eligible for a refund on our planners under our 30 day happiness guarantee, your item must be unused, undamaged and wrapped in the original packaging. Given the nature of our items, they can't be returned without the original packaging as they will be damaged in transit.

If, within 30 days of receipt of the item, you choose to return an item that has been used, we will assess the planner upon its return and determine an appropriate refund amount, as we will be unable to re-sell this at full RRP. The 5% administration and restocking fee will also be deducted from your refund.

You can create a return by logging into your customer account on our website and initiating the return process for your order. If you wish to change for another item, you’re welcome to purchase the correct item directly through the website.

A refund does not apply if we shipped the order as soon as possible but you did not receive your order by the date expected. This is due to the postal and courier services being outside of our control. We will however assist you to track your order and replace it if it is deemed lost by the courier or Australia Post. 

If you request a refund for a payment where a product hasn't been shipped, you will receive the refund minus the 6% fee which we are charged on your refund amount. 

If you do wish to return the product for a major fault, under Australian Consumer Law, shipping costs are payable by us.

- it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it

- it is unsafe- it is significantly different from the sample or description

- it doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed.

A refund or replacement does not apply after 30 days if you:

- got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

- misused a product in any way that caused the problem-

knew of or were made aware of the faults before you bought the product.

NDIS

As we are a NDIS Registered provider, you may qualify to claim your purchase through Assistive Technologies, Household Tasks, and Communication Equipment Registration Groups, or your Core Consumables Budget.

Not all Daily Orders products are necessarily eligible for NDIS funding. Eligibility depends on individual plan goals and funded supports. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all products are in line with the requirements in the updated NDIS Supports list and legislation.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Orders are processed Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) usually within 1-2 business days

  • Orders are sent via Australia Post (a tracking number will be sent to you once your item has been sent) Please check spam for your email. 

  • All orders are sent from Rosebud, Victoria, Australia

  • Orders will not be dispatched until full payment is received

  • We are pleased to offer international shipping - please contact us for a quote.

In the following situations, you will be responsible for paying re-shipment fees:

  • Denied acceptance of delivery by receiver;

  • Inaccurate delivery address;

  • Absent receiver -  If a receiver is not home and a calling card/SMS message is left by the Delivery Service Provider, it is the receiver’s responsibility to contact the Delivery Service Provider to arrange appropriate delivery. If the parcel remains undeliverable due to no contact from the receiver, it will be returned to Daily Orders. The receiver will be responsible for re-shipment fees.

Shipping Cost – to ship a partial order

  • In the event that an item in your order is out of stock when payment is received, you can choose to have the available items shipped, while waiting for the remaining items to come back in stock. There will be an additional shipping charge to have the items shipped and this will be calculated on a case by case basis.

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the items you order and will be calculated at checkout
